The former ice factory in the Mitte district in Berlin

Designed by GRAFT, this project houses residential and commercial units and attempts to open up the area and establish a connection between the Spree river and main street while the design clearly stands out with it’s very unique sliced offset volumes creating a new distinctive landmark in the area.
